Maximizing
Housing Opportunities

Bob has overseen the development of over 50 single-family homes and 3,500 lots throughout his successful tenure as a real estate developer. He has also served as a broker and realtor for clients looking to purchase and sell properties in the Bay Area. A business owner and developer in his own right, Bob uses his experience to maximize housing opportunities for his clients.

He specializes in luxury homes and has a keen interest in green design and sustainability, catering to the requirements of the sophisticated and savvy home buyers and sellers in the Bay Area.

Philanthropic Ventures

Our founder believes in giving back to the community and has supported and undertaken several philanthropic ventures. He has a passion for helping those in need and has served as a community leader to support the elderly and the youth.

Bob has also worked as a mentor to at-risk youths, led students at Stanford University as a Smart Growth and Development Leader while devoting his time and effort as a Construction Captain for Rebuilding Together Peninsula.

He created Community Builders Foundation to help aging individuals stay longer in their homes and with their families while maintaining independence without any additional costs. In the town where bob currently resides, he helped a catholic church from closing down after a series of significant setbacks.

This foundation wasn’t built solely for financial relief for those who need it, but also an emotional and companion level support. With independent seniors that not only want to help monetarily but physically as well.
